Note: I did not make any of these mods, if you have issues go their sites and ask for help Note: This guide will focus on the Steam version (duh) I originally tried to post this on the Remako site but it did seem to except the post. I managed to figure out how to get both to work so here is a install guide that hopefully will help you out. I discovered that getting them to work together was kind of a pain in the ♥♥♥♥♥ and I saw others where having issues as well. And as luck would have it, the random noise generator had a pretty strong magnet on it.So recently I decided I wanted to replay FF7, and since there was a lot of buzz around a these mods I wanted to try them out. So I waited until everyone left for the day and went to the mailroom, grabbed me some packing tape and scissors. there must be a great way to get buddy back for woes he caused me and my fellow newb all day (in good fun, we are all buddies outside of the office FYI). There was a mini USB port on the spine of this card, and when I plugged it into my computer, lo and behold, it was just a simple USB drive with a single mp4 on it.
It was sealed closed by a magnet and when you opened the card, it started playing some lame video which was just an advertisement for whatever company. It was an LCD screen built into some kinda card (think Hallmark).
Well, as luck would have it, my department head just got some random advertisement from a supplier that was over the top and wasteful. and towards the end of the day, while they were at a meeting, I snapped and did a full scale search of my cubicle and found the device.
Well everyone kept gaslighting us all day. and me and the other new guy would be like. All day I would randomly hear, "I'm watching you". He hid it in between the panels of my cubicle at work. Bit of backstory, this guy at work loved to pull pranks on us, that thing in the video that I lift up to start the video play back is actually what is called a "random noise generator". For the first time in a very long time, I've decided to sort through some the pictures / videos that have been uploaded automagically to the Cloud over the years and came across this little gem.
